Claire brings a wealth of experience in the aviation industry, having held senior roles with several leading international airlines, including Delta Air Lines, Continental Airlines, Philippine Airlines, Virgin Atlantic, and most recently, Air Transat. Her extensive background across global carriers provides a strong foundation of industry knowledge, commercial insight, and strategic leadership.

As Sales & Commercial Director at Flight Directors, Claire leads the organisation’s sales function. She is responsible for driving commercial performance, strengthening airline partnerships, and supporting the company’s continued growth.

Claire’s sales team plays a critical role in delivering revenue growth and maintaining strong relationships with both airline partners and the travel trade.

Robert and Steve are key account managers of the sales team, contributing to the development of client relationships and supporting overall sales strategy and execution.

Shresta manages Global Key Accounts for Flight Directors, with a focus on driving UK market sales, strengthening trade partnerships, and identifying new commercial opportunities. She works closely with airline partners and travel agencies to optimise distribution, enhance brand visibility, and maximise revenue.

Satheesh is a key part of the Commercial and Business Development team, where he plays a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation. He supports day-to-day business operations while contributing to sales and marketing initiatives.
