We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Airline Sales Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers benefits, including:

What you will do:

As our Airline Sales Analyst, you’ll provide critical support to the sales team and colleagues along with our trade partners. You will analyse data, prepare reports, and contribute to the development of sales strategies. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be a key factor in improving our sales processes and driving business growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collating and analysing sales data to identify trends and revenue growth opportunities.
  • Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations for the sales team.
  • Assisting in developing sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives.
  • Providing analytical support to the sales team and trade partners.
  • Responding to internal and external inquiries.
  • Managing group enquires in conjunction with the revenue management department.

What you will need:

  • Proven experience in aviation data analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, BSP and MIDT).
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on collaboration.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and excellent time management.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong customer service focus.
  • Good knowledge of GDS systems.
