Air Niugini Unveils Airbus A220 Livery for PNG’s 50th Independence Day

Air Niugini has proudly revealed its brand-new Airbus A220 livery to celebrate Papua New Guinea’s 50th Independence Day, a milestone moment in the nation’s history.

As Air Niugini’s representation in seven European countries, including the UK, Flight Directors is delighted to celebrate this occasion and the arrival of a fleet that marks a new era of comfort, efficiency, and connectivity for Papua New Guinea.

The Airbus A220 offers modern design, enhanced passenger comfort and improved fuel efficiency, making it the ideal aircraft to support Air Niugini’s continued growth and service excellence.

This achievement not only commemorates the nation’s golden jubilee but also symbolises the start of a bold new chapter in Papua New Guinea’s aviation story, connecting the country more closely with the world.

Flight Directors is proud to partner with Air Niugini in Europe and congratulates the airline on this historic milestone.

The appointment marks a significant step in Air Niugini’s European market strategy, extending the airline’s presence in two of Europe’s largest aviation markets. Flight Directors will be responsible for all sales and marketing activities in France and Germany, providing comprehensive support to travel agents, tour operators and direct customers in these regions.
