KM Malta Airlines Ranks No.1 in Heathrow Green League Q2 2025

KM Malta Airlines has been officially ranked No. 1 in London Heathrow Airport’s Fly Quieter and Greener league table for the second quarter of 2025, marking a major achievement in sustainable aviation and environmental responsibility.

The Fly Quieter and Greener programme, run by Heathrow Airport, evaluates the 50 busiest airlines each quarter based on nine key performance indicators. These include aircraft noise levels, no emissions, continuous descent approaches (CDA), track-keeping on flight paths and on-time operational performance.

In Q2/2025, KM Malta Airlines achieved the highest overall score, outperforming all other carriers at Heathrow. This outstanding result reflects the airline’s strong focus on reducing its environmental impact, enhancing operational efficiency and using quieter, more sustainable aircraft technologies.

At Flight Directors, we are proud to represent KM Malta Airlines as their UK General Sales Agent (GSA) and celebrate this prestigious recognition. This top ranking confirms KM Malta’s commitment to green aviation practices and reinforces their position as a leading airline at one of the world’s busiest airports.

Environmental excellence. Operational leadership. A better way to fly.

Flight Directors congratulates the entire KM Malta Airlines team on this well-earned success and looks forward to supporting their continued growth in the UK market.
